Severe Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, the Center will observe the policies of Blount County School System. If Blount County Schools close during the day unexpectedly, our center will close also. If your child attends our center, they must be picked up as quickly as possible. If you have a school-age child, he/she will ride the bus HERE. However, you must contact someone to pick up your child immediately after his/her arrival. It is a good idea to keep watch of weather when there is a threat for severity. Have an emergency plan, make sure your child knows it and most importantly, use it.
UPCOMING EVENTS
We will be having pre-registration during the month of April. Please understand if your child attends our facility, you MUST register him/her to hold that spot for the upcoming school year. This registration applies to any child entering our kindergarten-curriculum programs. (2K, 3K, and 4K).We will hold pre-registration for our currently enrolled children before opening it to the public in May. Pre-registration ensures your child a spot in our program next year. We currently have waiting lists for all of our curriculum programs.
Please pick up a new registration packet (from Joy or Cheryl) and return packet & registration fee before April 27th, 2012.
We will open registration to the public on Monday, May 7th, 2012. If you are currently on our waiting list, you will be contacted before this date to let you know the number of spots still available for each class.
